Are you friendly, dependable, and enjoy helping others? Join our team, a locally owned and operated shipping and mailbox center offering services such as U-Haul rentals, mailbox rentals, Live Scan fingerprinting, and more! Great way for college students to earn extra income!
We're looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering excellent service and creating a positive experience for every customer. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a small business. We provide full training!
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with shipping, packaging, and mailbox services
Process U-Haul rental transactions and coordinate vehicle pickups/returns
Handle Live Scan fingerprinting services (training provided)
Operate computer systems, POS, and various software platforms
Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready
Assist with inventory and supplies as needed
Provide clear, friendly communication in-person, via phone, and email
Requirements:
Prior customer service or retail experience (preferred)
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to work weekends
