Job description

Hamilton Telecommunications is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Will provide professional customer service, troubleshooting, and technical assistance over the phone and to walk-in customers. Thisย is a full-time position working on-site in the Burwell, NE business office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handlingย new customer orders and service requests regarding Internet, Telephone, and Cobalt TV services.
  • Responsible for daily customer payments and bank deposits.
  • Ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service and proactively seeks opportunities to cross-sell Hamilton services.

Qualifications:
