Position Overview: Are you a people person with a knack for problem-solving and a talent for sales? We're seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this hybrid role, you'll spend part of your time in the office providing top-notch customer service and administrative support and part of your time on the road meeting clients, expanding our customer base, and driving sales.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering personalized service and timely solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients in the field.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

  • Comfortable working in both office and field environments.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
