Online Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • Process emails and take inbound texts/chats from members of our clients' gyms
  • Respond to customer questions in accurate and timely manner following established policies
  • Explain and process options regarding upgrading, downgrading, or canceling memberships
  • Document customer interaction with our in-house software
Requirements
Online Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
  • Must commit to set schedule with minimum of 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Team player with willingness to learn and grow
