Customer Service Representative โ€“ Manufacturing

Salary $55,000-$60,000


Position Summary

Manufacturing company near Gurnee is seeking a customer-focused professional to support order management and provide exceptional service to customers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

โ€ข Process customer orders and quotes accurately in the ERP system.

โ€ข Verify pricing, inventory availability, and order details.

โ€ข Monitor backorders and provide customers with status updates.

โ€ข Process returns, credits, and RMAs.

โ€ข Maintain rebate information and customer records.

โ€ข Partner with Sales and Operations to resolve order and fulfillment issues.

โ€ข Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the sales team.

Qualifications
