Job description

Parallel Employment Group in partnership with a manufacturing customer in Buffalo , NY areseeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers and Business Development Managers throughout the order lifecycle. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, quotations, order entry, engineering changes, complaint resolution, and new customer onboarding while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer service and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing environment, is comfortable working within an ERP system, and enjoys building strong customer relationships while supporting operational excellence.

Shift: First Shift

Pay Rate $20.00-$24.75 per hour

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or Associate degree with equivalent work experience.
