Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments, diving deep into patients' histories to tailor effective treatment plans.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to guide patients through their healing journeys.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process past traumas, develop coping mechanisms, and foster a sense of community and support.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated care plan tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients have immediate access to vital support.
