This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with our patients through virtual therapy sessions. • Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments, diving deep into patients' histories to tailor effective treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment approaches, focusing on trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to guide patients through their healing journeys.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process past traumas, develop coping mechanisms, and foster a sense of community and support.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated care plan tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients have immediate access to vital support.
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and available resources to empower them in their healing process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of patient information.
• Engage in continual professional development by participating in relevant training and workshops that enhance your practice.

Our primary focus is on individuals affected by trauma, including those dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will work closely with diverse populations, providing culturally competent care that respects individual experiences and backgrounds.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.
• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and effective trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication skills, coupled with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach towards patient care.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and various digital communication tools to facilitate remote therapy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, supporting a comprehensive approach to mental health care.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in delivering mental health therapy, preferably focusing on trauma.
• Experience with trauma-specific therapy techniques such as EMDR or TF-CBT is highly desirable.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also provide a robust healthcare benefits package, retirement savings plans with employer-matching contributions, and generous paid time off (PTO) along with holiday pay.
