Job description

Location: Buffalo, NY (Must be local) Work Setup: Remote after initial onboarding/training; Day 1 is onsite to pick up equipment and confirm setup. You may also be asked to come onsite for meetings/projects as needed. Pay $18.00/hr starting Pay increase after ~30 days (increase is scheduled for the first Monday after 30 days, per the job notes) Schedule Monday–Friday (no weekends) Must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift within a broader window (typically 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM) Busy season: 40 hours/week + overtime as needed Off-season: hours may fluctuate (about 32–40/week) based on client need About the Role As a Benefits Customer Service Representative, you’ll support members through benefit enrollment and updates to health and/or pension plans. You’ll spend most of your day assisting members by phone, with opportunities to support via chat/message center/email as you gain experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and working in a structured service environment.
