Job Description:

Location: Watertown, SD

Shift: Varying shift options available

Job Status: Full-Time and Part-Time

Pay: $17.25-19.15/hour starting, additional monthly incentives available

This job is offered on-site in Watertown. Employees must live within 50 miles of a PREMIER location or plan on relocating.

Shift Options

  • Full-Time: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-9:00pm, Every Other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm or Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm, Every Other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Part Time: Monday-Friday 2pm-9pm, Every Other Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm
  • No Sundays!

About the Role:

  • Respond to and resolve customer issues for those considering closing their accounts and offer solutions to retain them.
  • Ensure that all tasks meet quality standards and comply with regulations by following established procedures and company guidelines.
  • Educate customers on benefits, rewards, and features of retaining the account.
  • Maintain control of conversations and appropriately answer customer objections and questions

Training

  • Extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length.

Pay

Base wage starting at $17.25-19.15/hr. with opportunities to increase take home pay.

  • Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives
  • Career path from Associate I to Associate IV - each step earning an increase in pay
  • Earn up to an additional $3.50/hr. when working non-traditional hours
  • Bilingual skills are compensated in the form of a 10% differential
