Job description

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Start: Immediate hire

Compensation: $16–$18/hour + performance bonuses and incentives (up to $110/week)


Role Overview

Make outbound calls to members regarding pending account terminations with the goal of retaining customers and resolving account status. You will follow a structured call process in a performance-driven environment.

  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
  • Must pass background check
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Bilingual preferred but not required (English & Spanish)
