This isn't a typical customer service job. As a Customer Retention Specialist, you're the person Moxie customers reach when they have a problem, are weighing whether to cancel, or need someone who can actually do something about it. You own the save, turning tough conversations into win-win outcomes that keep customers loyal and earn you real commission. It's one of the most important roles at Moxie.
