BuzzBallz is seeking a driven Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead process optimization and productivity initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role focuses on improving safety, quality, service, cost, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) through data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement efforts. The Continuous Improvement Engineer partners closely with operations, quality, and technical teams to reduce waste, improve efficiencies, and implement sustainable process improvements that support long-term operational growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and OEE improvement
  • Analyze production and operational data to identify root causes and drive process optimization efforts
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance teams to implement process improvements and resolve production issues
  • Support CAPEX planning and execution for projects that improve capacity, productivity, and cost performance
  • Develop and standardize processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and PDCA methodologies

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred:

  • Experience in alcohol beverage, food manufacturing, or CPG environments
  • Experience with process design, implementation, and optimization initiatives
  • Experience driving organizational change and continuous improvement projects
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to move throughout manufacturing facilities and support operations across multiple work areas
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying conditions

The annual salary range for this role is $87,000 - $110,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
