Job description

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive growthfocused operational strategy and provide handson leadership to a crossfunctional team. Reporting to the General Manager, this role supports the organization in achieving SQDC performance (safety, quality, delivery, and cost competitiveness) to enable both topline growth and bottom-line profitability. This leader will be a key driver shaping long and shortterm strategic plans tied to the business unit's Targets to Improve (TTIs), deliver measurable improvements across key KPIs. This is a highly visible opportunity for a handson leader who thrives on driving sustainable results in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the EHS Manager to maintain a safe, compliant work environment and drive improvement in key EHS metrics.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to understand business objectives, define future operational and growth needs, and implement plans to achieve them.

  • Provide subjectmatter expertise by assessing processes across functions and identifying performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

  • Lead process improvements across the value stream using Lean concepts such as 5S, flow, standard work, visual management, replenishment systems, defect reduction, and effective daily management.

  • Manage the review and prioritization of improvement initiatives (Policy Deployment, CI Roadmap, Kaizens, projects, CI talent).

  • Identify and solve complex business challenges using a structured, factbased, collaborative approach.

  • Apply strong business acumen to interpret key metrics and trends and convert strategic vision into clear, executable plans.

  • Coach teams in process improvement and support deployment of the Regal Business System, reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Energize and engage the organization to advance longterm improvement initiatives while meeting current performance goals.

  • Contribute as part of the leadership team by shaping and communicating a future vision and building followership across the organization.

  • Analyze SQDCG and financial metrics to develop targeted improvement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 5 years in a dedicated Continuous Improvement role.

  • Demonstrated success applying CI methodologies, including 80/20, Value Stream Mapping, 6S, Flow, Standard Work, Visual Management, and structured problemsolving.

  • Strong Lean and Six Sigma capability, with the ability to lead, teach, and drive adoption of CI tools across the organization.

  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in technical tools such as Power BI, Excel, and datadriven decisionmaking methods.

  • Proven project leadership experience, including planning, prioritization, execution, and crossfunctional influence.
