What will you do as a Continuous Improvement Leader at Sealed Air?
As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will be the driving force behind Lean transformation across manufacturing and supply chain operations. This is a hands-on, shop-floor-focused role where you will coach teams, lead Kaizen events, and deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement. You will work directly with plant leadership and frontline teams to embed Lean thinking into daily operations and ensure improvements are sustained-not episodic.

What do you need to succeed?
  • Bachelor's degree required (Engineering preferred: Industrial, Chemical, Electrical)
  • 5+ years experience driving Lean in a manufacturing environment
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred
  • Proven success leading Kaizen events on the shop floor
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and change-management skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and engage frontline teams
  • Passion for developing people and building a CI culture
