A Commis Chef supports the culinary team in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role involves assisting with food prep, maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations, and following recipes and chef instructions with accuracy and consistency. The Commis Chef works closely with senior chefs to develop fundamental culinary skills, ensures proper food handling and safety standards are met, and contributes to efficient kitchen operations during service.
