Responsibilities

  • Process comprehensive tenant and applicant background checks, including criminal, credit, evictions, etc.
  • Review results for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Communicate results professionally with clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or complex cases
  • Identify opportunities to improve screening processes, workflows, and turnaround times
  • Support nights and weekend coverage as required by business needs

Location

This position is classified as onsite, and this person must be located or willing to travel daily to 1821 Como Park Blvd, Lancaster, NY 14086.

Compensation

$19.00 per hour

Pay Transparency

Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position.  Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors.  Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only a part of our total compensation package.
