Position Summary


The Senior Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, candidate engagement, and workforce
planning support for clients across multiple industries. This role partners closely with hiring
managers, operations teams, and candidates to attract, assess, and place qualified talent while
delivering an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process.


Key Responsibilities


Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
โ€ข Source, recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates.
โ€ข Create and manage job postings across recruiting channels.
โ€ข Build and maintain candidate pipelines.


Client & Order Management
โ€ข Manage open job orders and recruiting priorities.
โ€ข Partner with clients and internal teams to fulfill workforce needs.
โ€ข Participate in customer meetings and workforce planning discussions.
Candidate Experience & Employee Support
โ€ข Ensure a positive candidate experience through communication and follow-up.
โ€ข Support onboarding and employee engagement efforts.
Team Leadership & Development
โ€ข Support training and development of new recruiters.
โ€ข Promote accountability and recruiting best practices.
Reporting & Performance
โ€ข Track recruiting activity, placements, retention, and KPIs.
โ€ข Maintain accurate ATS and database records.
Community Engagement
โ€ข Represent Rely at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.


Qualifications
โ€ข Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
โ€ข 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse
environments.
โ€ข Experience managing high-volume recruiting.
โ€ข Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
โ€ข Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
โ€ข Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
