Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical mental health services primarily via secure video chat sessions, adhering to ethical standards and ensuring compassionate care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' treatment needs and develop individuals' personalized, person-centered, solution-focused treatment plans.
  • Continuously evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to maximize their potential for recovery.
  • Facilitate the growth of clients' coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities, empowering them to navigate their mental health challenges effectively.
  • Engage in professional collaboration with other health professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive care for the clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily consist of adults presenting with low-acuity mental health concerns. This includes individuals coping with anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and other non-crisis situations. Emphasizing a recovery-oriented approach, your role will concentrate on empowering these clients to achieve their mental health wellness goals in a supportive, understanding environment.

Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current state license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD) issued by the respective state board.
  • Demonstrable interpersonal skills with a strong empathetic and supportive approach to counseling.
  • Proficiency in using technology for virtual counseling, including a reliable internet connection.
  • No disciplinary actions on file and no associates or limited licensure permits.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing online mental health counseling services is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
