The position is based in our outpatient office in Arlington, Virginia, where you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of skilled health professionals. You will be working Monday to Friday, committing approximately 40 hours weekly to fully engage with your patients and the community.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment programs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement treatment strategies that maximize recovery and mobility.
• Provide high-quality care by employing various therapeutic modalities that align with the physician's plan.
• Engage with patients through effective communication, demonstrating strong customer service and empathy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes through a comprehensive care approach.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers about treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises.
• Meet and exceed clinical utilization targets and business objectives to ensure practice success.

As a Physical Therapist at Holy Trinity Medical Centre, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic issues, pediatric concerns, neurological conditions, and sports-related injuries. Your role will involve understanding the unique challenges faced by each demographic, enabling you to personalize treatment approaches that foster recovery and enhance the quality of life.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is highly preferred.
• Current and valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in using word processing software and electronic health records.
• A capacity to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues, fostering trust and satisfaction.
• A commitment to community engagement and a desire to make a positive impact in patients' lives.

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic equipment and treatment protocols for varied patient populations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

The salary for this Full-Time Physical Therapist position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
