Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Holy Trinity Medical Centre, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities aimed at optimizing patient outcomes:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and needs, following assessments referred by healthcare professionals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that encompass diverse therapy modalities suited to each patient's condition, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties.
• Implement treatment programs designed to alleviate pain, restore function, and enhance mobility, and monitor patient progress meticulously to ensure adaptation and improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patients and their families to educate them on therapeutic exercises and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to refine care approaches, utilizing evidence-based guidelines to maximize patient outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Physical Therapist position, candidates must possess the following credentials and skills:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits
