Job description

Job Title: Workforce Transformation Manager Location: Atlanta, GA(Hybrid) Duration: 6+ Months Contract Extendable Position Summary The Workforce Transformation Lead acts as a coordinator of workforce transformation efforts, translating business and AI-driven changes into clear workforce implications and coordinated HR action. This role leads discovery, facilitates stakeholder meetings, and orchestrates cross-functional alignment while also delivering practical outputs where needed, such as Organizational Designs, Learning Pathways, and Role Impact Analysis. Key Responsibilities Lead intake and discovery conversations with HRBPs and business leaders to define scope, key questions, and priorities.

Coordinate across HRBPs, COEs, and PMO to align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and drive execution. Translate AI and business transformation initiatives into workforce, role, and work implications. Facilitate working sessions and leadership discussions to support alignment and decision-making.

Support organizational design and operating model efforts including roles, decision rights, and process handoffs. Partner with Learning teams to define enablement strategies including training plans, manager toolkits, and reinforcement activities. Develop dashboards, tools, and templates while partnering with analytics and HR technology teams for scalability.

Create executive-ready presentations and materials connecting business strategy to workforce actions. Qualifications Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Management, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on workforce transformation, organizational design, workforce planning, change management, or related areas.

Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. Analytical mindset with experience using reports, dashboards, and workforce data to support decision-making. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting AI-driven transformations and adoption initiatives.
