Job Description:
We hire kind people!
The right person will provide EXCELLENT customer service. This ideal person will be responsible for providing in-person, hands-on care to our clients and may be promoted to serve as team lead for caregivers.
Job Duties Include:
CAREGIVERS:
  • Companionship and respite care.
  • Light housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, dishes, laundry, cleaning/tidying of general areas (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living area) and similar tasks).
  • Personal Care (assisting clients with bathing safely, dressing, toileting, ambulating, repositioning, etc.)
  • Communication (engaging with client, clear communication with supervisor.)
  • Errands (grocery shopping, laundry, etc.)
NURSES (RN/LPN/GN):
  • In-Home Nursing Visits (around your schedule) or Short Shifts.
  • Medication Management, Nursing Assessments, Aide Oversight/Monitoring Visits.
  • Conduct Case Openings and Client Meet and Greets
  • Training Staff on Various Skills or Quarterly In-services
  • Create your own job description and your own schedule.
 Cases Available with NO LIFTING or TRANSFERING!!
