Recruiter โ€“ Staffing Agency (Full Time)

Location: Ontario, CA
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 AMโ€“5:00 PM
Additional Hours: Overtime and weekends as needed
Pay Range: $20.00 โ€“ $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Ontario. This position supports high-volume hiring for warehouses, logistics, production, and clerical roles. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Recruiter with our firm, you will earn an hour rate and enjoy the following benefits:

Recruiter Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through walk-ins, job boards, referrals, and recruiting tools
  • Screen and interview applicants for various warehouse and forklift positions
  • Complete onboarding, including I-9 verification, background checks, and E-Verify
  • Prepare candidates for dispatch with job details, safety information, and expectations
  • Maintain strong communication with clients regarding orders, attendance issues, and performance updates
  • Provide excellent customer service to associates and clients
  • Manage daily office operations: answering calls, greeting walk-ins, and responding to messages promptly
  • Update applicant records and placements in ATS systems
  • Follow up on no call/no shows and attendance-related concerns
  • Assist with payroll items such as missing punches or timecard updates
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed

Recruiter Qualifications

  • Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attendance and punctuality are essential
