Job description

Job Description The Role: Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) Location: Irvine, CA | Hybrid Industry: Professional Services Compensation: $35-$42/hour DOE We're seeking a highly organized, people-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join a fast-paced professional services organization on a contract basis. This role will support the recruiting process from initial candidate outreach through onboarding, serving as a key point of contact for candidates and helping ensure a seamless, high-touch experience at every stage. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and comfortable balancing scheduling, sourcing, candidate communication, and recruiting operations in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Day-to-Day Post job openings across relevant platforms and recruiting channels. Review inbound applications and identify candidates aligned with open positions. Source prospective candidates across various recruiting platforms.

Conduct initial phone and video screens to confirm basic qualifications, availability, and interest. Own candidate scheduling end-to-end, coordinating interviews across candidates and internal stakeholders. Serve as the face of the company throughout the candidate experience, providing timely, professional, and thoughtful communication.

Support offer letter generation and coordination. Assist with onboarding, background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment processes. Maintain organization and communication throughout multiple active searches and candidate pipelines.

What We're Looking For Previous experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, and/or talent acquisition. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple candidates, schedules, and priorities simultaneously. Comfort navigating shifting priorities within a fast-paced organization.
