We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience.



Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools
  • Engage in campus recruitment initiatives to attract fresh talent.
  • Leverage HR sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through cold calling and networking.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics using systems like Kronos and Paychex.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and provide them with a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in talent management strategies to retain top performers within the organization.
  • Other tasks as assigned.


Skills

  • Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems for tracking candidate information and recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
