About the Role Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Recruiter will manage full?cycle talent acquisition across multiple departments and locations. This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing requisitions, and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident in representing the companyโs culture and values to prospective talent.
Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization Source candidates through ATS, job boards, networking, and community outreach Open/close requisitions, prepare offer letters, maintain candidate notes, and ensure proper applicant disposition Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and criteria Execute the offer process, including salary recommendations and start?date coordination Maintain recruiting metrics, reports, and documentation Support recruiting SOPs and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Represent the organization at hiring events, career fairs, and community engagements Promote the companyโs employer brand and culture Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure ongoing engagement Assist with onboarding and HR support during acquisitions or new property transitions Suggest process improvements to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness Qualifications โข 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment โข Experience in real estate, property management, or related industries preferred โข Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels โข Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities โข Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new HR technologies โข Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion โข Positive, professional demeanorโeven under pressure โข Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus โข Ability to travel periodically, including occasional overnight travel Working Conditions โข Ability to lift 10โ15 lbs (e.g., recruiting materials, laptop) โข Ability to stand for extended periods during events or site visits โข Comfortable working in both office and field environments, including active property or construction sites Why This Role Matters This position directly supports the companyโs mission to provide exceptional housing and service to communities across the country.
