About the Role: 

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Advisor to join our internal recruiting agency team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting or talent operations career who is eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers, supporting key recruiting processes while building your skills and expertise. 

This is a client-facing role, but you won't be alone-you'll be supported by senior team members who will guide and mentor you as you grow. 

What You'll Do: 
  •  Screen candidates to assess qualifications and ensure alignment with client needs before advancing them in the hiring process. 
  •  Support external client stakeholders and hiring managers by coordinating recruiting activities and ensuring alignment on candidate profiles, timelines, and expectations. 
  •  Assist with day-to-day communication between clients and our internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration. 
  •  Help manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. 
  •  Collaborate with senior Talent Advisors to understand hiring needs and contribute to recruiting strategies. 
  •  Provide feedback on our recruiting platform, Spot, to help improve tools and workflows. 
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and project planning to support continuous learning and team success. 
 What We're Looking For: 
  •  1-5 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, staffing, or a related field early-career roles welcome 
  •  Interest in building a career in talent acquisition, with a desire to learn about agency-style recruiting and client engagement. 
  •  Strong communication and organizational skills-you're someone who can manage multiple tasks and follow through on details. 
  •  Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift. 
  •  Curious, coachable, and eager to grow-open to feedback and excited to develop new skills.

Base Salary Hiring Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
