Entry Level Customer Service / Sales

Position Overview

As a Talent Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting clients and candidates by delivering exceptional customer service, recruiting top talent, and building long-lasting business relationships. This position blends customer service, recruiting, and sales-making it an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow in a rewarding, people-oriented career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary associates.

  • Source candidates using job boards, resume databases, and internal talent pools to fill client needs quickly and accurately.

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates while maintaining a strong, reliable workforce.

  • Strategically match candidate skill sets with client requirements.

  • Serve as a professional and dependable liaison between associates and clients.

  • Conduct service calls to ensure customer satisfaction and develop new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.

  • Promote additional company products and services to existing and prospective clients.
