What Is a Talent Advisor?
A talent advisor works to find qualified candidates for an organization. Job duties include developing hiring plans, recruiting potential hires, providing information or advice to job candidates, and analyzing the results. This job is similar to a talent recruiter, but a talent advisor typically plays a more strategic part and can take on a more advisory role to candidates. This career requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree. Other important qualifications include experience in talent recruitment, knowledge of the industry, and communication skills.
