Job description

Supervisor must have experience working with Department of Health and Welfare, Residential Habilitation, Elderly Care and Intellectual Developmental Disorder.  Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, leadership, staff development, training, performance improvement, implementation and management of key services in accordance with policies and procedures. Effectively interacts with the individuals, and their circle of support on the processes of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. It is expected that the Case Manager will spend more than 50% of his or her time supervising and developing staff.
