We are immediately hiring for a 1st shift, Bilingual (English/Spanish), Seasonal Supervisor. Candidates must have at least 1 year of warehouse and leadership experience. This role will be managing anywhere from 10 to 20 associates. Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft Excel worksheets and have computer skills. Must Speak English and Spanish.
Shift Information:
  • 1st Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm ($22.00 / hour)

Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for oversight of production, as well as securing the quality of all products, including logistics flow. Lead will also fulfill all general labor duties.

  • Communicate effectively with the supervisor and client operations.
  • Train new-hires in all available departments
  • Monitor performance & safety for associates.
  • Effectively engage with team members to help cultivate

  • Great tactfulness and attendance are a must.
  • Moderate work with computers and integrated operating systems
  • Must be able to lift 75lbs
  • Reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat
