Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisoris responsible forleading the daily operations of an assigned department within the Distribution Center. This role provides direct leadership to warehouse associates while driving a culture of safety, operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. The Supervisor is accountable for achieving department performance goals through effective labor planning, coaching and development, KPI management, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined execution of warehouse processes.
This position partners with Operations leadership to ensure customer expectations, productivity targets, quality standards, and inventory accuracy are consistently achieved while fostering an engaged and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse associates through regular feedback, performance evaluations, recognition, and corrective action.

  • Maintainappropriate staffinglevels by managing attendance, scheduling, labor allocation, cross-training, and overtime.

  • Promote employee engagement, accountability, and a high-performance culture.

Operational Excellence

  • Direct daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and service goals are achieved.

  • Utilize WMS/WCS tomonitorworkflow, prioritize work, and resolve operational bottlenecks.

  • Partner with other departments to maximize throughput and customer satisfaction.

Performance Management

  • Monitor and drive KPIs including UPH, order accuracy, productivity, laborutilization, inventory accuracy, safety, attendance, overtime, and quality.

  • Analyze operational trends and implement corrective actions to improve results.

Safety & Compliance

  • Champion a safety-first culture through compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.

  • Lead safety observations, investigations, and corrective actions.

  • Maintain warehouse security, organization, and 5S housekeeping standards.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identifyprocess improvement opportunities using Lean principles and root cause analysis.

  • Lead projects that improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GEDrequired;Associate's or Bachelor'sdegree preferred.

  • 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, orlogisticsleadership experience.

  • Experience leading hourly associates in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (HighJumppreferred).

  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement experience a plus

  • Bilingual a plus
