Join Our Team as a Service Representative!
Do you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and not being stuck behind a desk all day? If so, this could be the perfect role for you! We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Rep to support our customer accounts in the Montgomery, AL area. Must be able to work 7:30am - 4:30pm.
What You'll Do
As a Service Rep, you'll be out in the field at client locations, serving as the face of Endries. Your day will include:
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage deliveries, schedules, and ensure timely and accurate product distribution.
  • Stock Optimization: Maintain optimal stock levels and identify inventory gaps or excesses.
  • Solution Implementation: Install, configure, and manage inventory management solutions such as Vending, VMI (Vendor-Managed Inventory), and crib systems.
  • Product Stocking & Service: Stock delivered products, service inventory stations, and ensure all customer locations are properly maintained.
  • Order Processing: Scan and download product orders to support efficient replenishment and workflow accuracy.
  • Material Handling: Safely and efficiently load and unload materials.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, email, or in person to resolve issues and maintain strong service relationships.
  • Order Entry & Expediting: Enter orders into the system, expedite customer orders, manage expedites, and review demand schedules.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong working relationships with customer contacts across multiple locations within the plant.
  • Customer Engagement: Improve customer relations through proactive communication and consistent involvement in meeting their requirements.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a positive attitude with customers and fellow associates.
  • Other duties as assigned.
