Job description

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! The primary responsibility of this entry-level role is to meet with potential customers to expand company outreach. The CSR will provide thorough information regarding products and services to ensure ongoing business relationships. The ideal candidate will strive to enhance the customer experience and promote brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact; meet with customers in assigned territories.
  • Respond to potential customers with inquiries about products and services, as well as other customer service-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with our internal sales team to identify sales opportunities for both new and existing accounts. 
  • Engage in internal training programs to enhance your knowledge of new and existing product offerings.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service, Marketing, or similar customer-facing role is PLUS.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset.
