JOB SUMMARY

The Service Desk Associate provides administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors through the Service Desk by managing a variety of service and operational tasks. This position interacts daily with Financial Advisors and internal business partners to coordinate requests, maintain records, and support operational processes. The role requires routine communication with internal team members to obtain, clarify, and provide information while maintaining a professional image. This position delivers exceptional internal service, demonstrates the company's values, and supports the organization's mission.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Receive and process service requests from Financial Advisors and internal business partners within established service timelines.

· Interact daily by phone, email, and in person with internal business partners to support operational requests and answer basic internal inquiries.

· Create and maintain records and files.

· Maintain databases and create reports using the Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform and other SageSpring platforms.

· Transcribe and prepare correspondence.

· Receive cross-training and assist with other operational functions as required.

· Attend and participate in team meetings and one-on-one meetings.

· Regular and timely in-person attendance is required, with expected hours of Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.

· Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting front desk responsibilities when needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree or 2 years of administrative experience in lieu of degree

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing systems

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while accomplishing daily tasks

• Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solving skills

• High standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethic

• Commitment to service excellence

• Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent organization and follow through

• Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload

• Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency

• Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic

• Self- starter with a strong desire to exceed expectations and capable of supporting a team

• Maintains confidentiality discretion

• Ability to effectively work in collaboration with others to achieve business objectives.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to work in a traditional professional office setting or remote equivalent

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

• Advanced computer skills and ability to effectively operate computer equipment, software systems and databases

• Work schedule may vary and is determined by project schedules

• Ability to efficiently operate all job-related office equipment

• Ability to communicate via telephone, computer and work in virtual teams

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time

• Ability to travel using personal vehicle to other office locations as needed
