South Florida Condo Management manages condominium associations and commercial property. This position is responsible for daily Reception and Front Desk duties in support of the Property Manager, on-site staff, unit owners, tenants, vendors, and guests.

This is a full time position with various shifts.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Using a multi-line telephone; answers and appropriately routes all incoming calls.

Receives, greets and checks-in visitors and vendors.

Provides general information regarding the property and directs inquiries to the appropriate staff member.

Receives and logs incoming packages and certified mail.

Responsible for the general maintenance of the front desk area (keeping a clean and safe work environment).

Logs and schedules maintenance work orders.

Makes satisfaction follow-up calls to residents when work orders are completed.

Provides administrative assistance to Property Manager, on-site staff.

This position is best suited for a dependable individual who will be successful working independently and would enjoy taking ownership of the position.

The qualified candidate will:

Have experience operating a multi-line telephone system and standard office equipment

Answer calls with courtesy, speed and accuracy

Communicate with residents and the public in a courteous and professional manner

Strong administrative, organization and customer service skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Have a professional appearance and a can-do attitude.
