Job description

The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for providing professional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors of the condominium community. This position serves as the first point of contact for the property, ensuring a welcoming environment while maintaining building security, monitoring access, and supporting daily administrative operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide information and assistance regarding building amenities, policies, and procedures.
  • Respond to resident inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate staff member.
  • Assist residents with service requests and follow up as needed.
  • Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security concerns.
  • Answer and route incoming telephone calls and emails.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports.
  • Receive and distribute packages, deliveries, and resident correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling amenities, move-ins, move-outs, and service appointments.
  • Support management with clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, management, vendors, and contractors.
  • Notify residents of deliveries, visitors, maintenance activities, and community announcements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and association information.
  • Follow established emergency procedures and protocols.
  • Assist with incident documentation and reporting.
  • Contact emergency services when required and notify management promptly.


Full-Time Various Schedules & Days

Salary: Up to $19 DOE
