Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator

Weโ€™re looking for a friendly, organized, and driven Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a great patient experience while helping patients understand and move forward with their treatment plans.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Check patients in/out and provide necessary paperwork
  • Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling, questions, and patient needs
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments and treatment plans
  • Clearly explain treatment options and help patients move forward with care
  • Present financial options (CareCredit, LendingClub, etc.) and assist with collections
  • Verify insurance eligibility and review benefits with patients
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Keep the front office organized, clean, and running efficiently

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Experience in dental/medical front office, treatment coordinating, or similar role preferred
  • Ability to communicate treatment plans and build patient trust
  • Familiarity with insurance verification, PPOs, and EHR systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Sales or case acceptance experience is a plus
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
