The ideal candidate will be honest, competent, mature, pleasant, organized, and possess a high level of professionalism. This position involves handling various front desk responsibilities, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, data entry, and basic medical insurance follow-up.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner • Handle patient check-in/check-out procedures
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Perform accurate data entry into office software (training provided)
• Assist with basic medical insurance processing and follow-up (training provided)
