Medical Front Desk Coordinator

A respected private medical practice in the Smithfield area is looking for a full-time Medical Front Desk Coordinator to become part of our team. Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner

  • Provide excellent customer service throughout each patient interaction

  • Manage incoming calls using a multi-line telephone system

  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments

  • Assist patients and direct them to the appropriate staff members

  • Prepare patient cover sheets and related documentation for office visits

  • Collect patient copayments and other applicable payments

  • Maintain and assist with medical records
