Professional Therapy Services, Inc. is seeking a Medical Front Desk Assistant / Medical Receptionist to support operations at our outpatient therapy clinic in O'Fallon, IL.

This role is ideal for someone with medical office, patient scheduling, or healthcare front desk experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment while providing excellent service to patients and providers.


Job Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments for therapy services

  • Greet patients and provide professional front desk support

  • Answer phones and route calls to therapists and staff

  • Enter patient charges and assist with billing documentation

  • Print and manage daily therapy schedules

  • Process physician orders and communicate with referring offices

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

  • Fax, file, and distribute medical paperwork as needed

  • Assist therapists and clinical staff with administrative tasks
