What You’ll Be Doing:
As HRBP, you will report to the HRBP Leader and support a mixed union and non-union workforce. Responsibilities include:

  • Labor Relations: Partner on union contract renewal negotiations and grievance resolutions

  • Investigations: Lead confidential investigations related to employee relations and compliance

  • Performance Management: Support corrective actions and ensure consistent practices

  • Succession Planning: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on promotions and workforce planning

  • Benefits Support: Act as a liaison for employee benefit inquiries

  • Recruitment Participation: Assist in interviewing and hiring processes

  • HR Reporting: Generate and interpret reports from HRIS systems

  • Operational HR Support: Be a reliable point of contact for all HR-related matters at the site

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of experience in labor relations within a unionized setting

  • 5+ years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience with non-union employees

  • Proven success in grievance resolution and employee relations

  • Comfortable working in a 24/7 industrial environment (some on-call support required)

  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
