Administrative Assistant/ Office Desk Clerk

  • Utilize Microsoft Word & Excel. Word use is essentially updating letters . Excel use is mostly data entry in spreadsheets.
  • Entering deposits.
  • Billing/Invoicing (Currently using QuickBooks desktop)
  • Processing Accounts Payable
  • Copy, Scan, and Process Tax Returns.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to ensure effective communication within the office and with clients.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support various departmental functions.
  • Assist in calendar management scheduling appointments.
