Principal, Sales Incentive Program Administrator

We are seeking a principal to join our global Sales Operations team, where innovation knows no borders. As a Principal, Sales Incentive Programs, you will serve as the expert advisor for global compensation strategies. You will own plan administration, guide stakeholders through design cycles and transform metrics into business growth. This role requires analytical precision, sound commercial judgment and the confidence to challenge outdated compensation structures.

What you'll do

  • Lead global administration of sales compensation plans to ensure accurate performance calculations and timely payouts.

  • Partner with finance and sales leadership to design incentive frameworks aligned with business objectives.

  • Conduct benchmarking studies and feasibility analyses to advise executives on plan adjustments.

  • Evaluate monthly performance variance against budgets to measure plan effectiveness across business units.

  • Use automated modeling tools to accelerate calculations, remove manual errors and improve performance visibility.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales compensation administration, revenue operations or financial planning within Software as a Service (SaaS) or travel technology.

  • Deep expertise in incentive plan structures including quotas, accelerators, pay mixes and on-target earnings.

  • Proven success modeling complex commission structures and presenting recommendations to governance boards.

  • Advanced analytical skills using Structured Query Language (SQL), Excel or data visualization platforms to evaluate business performance.

  • Practical experience applying workflow automation tools to scale productivity and optimize compensation planning.
