Job description

This tactical role supports the execution of Maserati's incentive programs and competitive intelligence efforts. The Analyst will manage daily incentive operations, monitor competitor activity, and provide actionable insights to support product and pricing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and audit payout files, website incentives, and policy adjustments
  • Prepare bulletins, sell sheets, and field communications
  • Coordinate dealer launch decks, CRM/Web/App offer alignment, and field communications
  • Support monthly incentive deck creation, dealer launch decks, and inventory chase analysis
  • Conduct competitive research using sources like JD Power, S&P, ALG, and internal data
  • Deliver customized intelligence reports and support product pricing analysis

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive incentives, pricing, or competitive analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize large data sets
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
