Job Description:
About the Role:
We have an outstanding opportunity for a Trade Promotion Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide analytical and operational support across key Order to Cash processes, with a focus on trade promotions, deduction management, and broker commissions.
You will serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point, helping ensure accurate execution, strong compliance with internal controls, and timely issue resolution while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and external partners.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
  • Support the trade promotion process from planning through deduction clearing
  • Analyze trade promotion agreements in Vistex to ensure accrual accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Lead reviews with Sales and Finance to evaluate open agreements and determine required adjustments or closures
  • Serve as an escalation point for the global business services offshore team to resolve complex Order to Cash issues
  • Perform analytical and compliance-based activities including reconciliations, reserve analysis, reclassifications, and root cause analysis
  • Track and resolve issues related to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) BOT performance
  • Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including reporting, reconciliations, and analysis
  • Participate in SOX and SAP testing to ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Support Order to Cash processes related to acquisitions, divestitures, and business changes
  • Assist with training and cross-training of team members to build subject matter expertise
  • Partner with leadership on process improvement and efficiency initiatives
  • Maintain and update procedures and documentation to reflect current practices
  • Support additional tasks and duties as needed

  • This is a full-time, first-shift hybrid position

  • Bachelor's degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of related business experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Trade Promotions, or Broker Commissions
  • Experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment preferred
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, assess risk, and develop solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and adapt to changing priorities
