What you will do

The Trade Customization Analyst is responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely execution of promotional, club pack, and trade customization activities across assigned brands or portfolios. They use PRF (portfolio management tool) to manage their individual portfolios.  They lead cross-functional efforts internally once the Promotional, Club Pack and/or re-work project(s) have been approved.  The TC Analyst proactively identifies risks, drives solutions, and influences outcomes to ensure service, cost, and inventory objectives are met.


Key Responsibilities

Executional Excellence

  • Accountable for the Promotional, Club Pack, and Trade Customization SKU performance (UFR, inventory, service, and cost) for assigned portfolios; leads root cause analysis and corrective actions for availability or execution gaps.

  • Develops and maintains reporting and performance indicators to monitor execution effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Owns post-promotion inventory disposition and controls within the DC network.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partners with Supply and Demand Planning from the onset of a project to ensure volumes are feasible.  Revisits post final allocations. Relays feasibility to Trade Customization Manager and participates in closing gaps as required 

  • Ensures that Trade Promotions, Sales, and Planning have information required for promotion communication, quantity confirmation, product plans, and allocations.

  • Actively contributes to IBP and forecasting processes by providing insights on customer demand, allocations, and execution constraints.

  • Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure that related systems and processes are maintained and followed (i.e., code creation, price lists, pricing input, Tru, etc). 

Technical Leadership

  • SAP “Power User”. Responsible for transactions such as production orders, purchase orders, non-stock PO’s (Ariba). 

  • Places orders with vendors. Ensures costs are accurate “as per quotes” and resolves invoice discrepancies.

What we are looking for

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years experience required, with direct experience in Supply Chain or trade customization preferred.

  • Proficient in MS Office software, Advanced Excel skills is an asset

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP planning knowledge

  • Proven problem-solving, risk management, and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Detail-oriented with strong planning, organization, and time management skills

  • Ability to work and effectively manage priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$72,675.00 - $102,600.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
