Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Operations Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Company Summary
BlueTeam is a US-based provider of national disaster recovery, remediation, reconstruction, renovation, and roofing services for commercial properties. We exclusively serve commercial sectors including hospitality, senior housing, healthcare, commercial offices, municipalities, multifamily living, and institutional markets.

The Sales Intelligence Analyst is responsible for analyzing sales performance, maintaining clean and accurate data, building dashboards, and supporting forecasting efforts. A distinguishing requirement of this role is expert-level proficiency with AI tools, applied daily to accelerate Excel model development, assemble compelling presentations, research potential clients, and surface insights that would otherwise require hours of manual effort. • Build automated workflows that reduce manual work and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Continuously explore, test, and champion new AI and analytics technologies that can give the sales team a competitive edge in prospecting, pipeline management, and client intelligence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance to understand data needs and deliver insights.
  • Present findings in clear, compelling ways to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as territory planning, pricing analysis, and go-to-market evaluation.
