Job description

Our client is a growing track-and-trace software company serving both regulators and the entire supply chain (Manufacturers, Logistics, Retail, etc.) across the US. They're seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with SQL expertise and experience analyzing large transactional datasets to deliver insights that inform product direction, customer success programs, and executive strategy. We're looking for candidates with a B2B SaaS + startup background as well as experience within supply chain, manufacturing, CPG, logistics, or highly regulated industries. Ability to thrive in dynamic software startup environments is essential.


Fully remote role with occasional travel. Our client is based in Florida and is currently considering candidates residing in the Southeast + Central US.


An ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 7+ years experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Analysis, Product Analytics, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience writing complex SQL queries and working with high-volume transactional data
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Domo, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Background working with Snowflake/similar enterprise data warehouses
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership teams
  • BS degree in CS, Mathematics, or other STEM discipline
  • Strong communication skills (experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences)
