About the role:

Join FFH as a Sales Enablement Analyst and make a meaningful impact as part of our retail sales team. Youโ€™ll work within our Sales Center of Excellence (CoE), the hub for best practices, innovation, and operational excellence. In this role, youโ€™ll ensure accurate and timely updates of promotional information, manage and maintain data within the sales insights platform, and drive efficiency through process improvements. Weโ€™re seeking someone with CPG industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in owning and improving processes.

Youโ€™ll get to:

  • Analyze complex sales data and customer performance to identify trends and opportunities
  • Build regular reports and dashboards
  • Support account teams with insights for retailer meetings and category reviews
  • Track KPIs
  • Maintain data accuracy across multiple systems and customer portals
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and prepare insights/templates for planning cycles
  • Support account teams with retailer portals for promotional submission, new item submission, and data maintenance
  • Take on additional projects and duties as needed.

Youโ€™ll own meaningful pieces of the sales enablement engineโ€”building dashboards, improving processes, and shaping how our teams show up to retailersโ€”with the freedom to experiment, improve, and innovate.

Must-haves:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience with an emphasis in analytics
  • 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or a similar role within CPG
  • Data visualization and storytelling with data skills
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, small-team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including retail math and promo & price analytics
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and communication skills
  • Adaptability and a collaborative spirit

How you differentiate yourself:

  • Hands-on experience with retailer sites and distributor portals
  • Experience with syndicated data sources
  • Experience supporting sales teams for major U.S. grocery retailers is a plus
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with BI (Power BI/Tableau)
