Job Title: Sales Enablement Consultant
Location: Westlake, TX
Overview
  • As a Senior Sales Enablement Consultant at Solera, you will serve as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to drive sales productivity and commercial excellence across the Dealer business.
  • In this role, you will go beyond traditional training delivery and act as a trusted advisor who diagnoses business challenges, identifies performance gaps, and develops scalable enablement strategies that accelerate revenue growth, improve seller effectiveness, and support the successful adoption of go-to-market initiatives.
  • You will partner closely with Revenue Operations and business leaders to leverage analytics, AI-powered technologies, sales methodologies, and performance insights to influence seller behaviors and improve business outcomes. You will lead cross-functional readiness efforts for strategic product launches, sales process transformations, methodology rollouts, onboarding programs, and AI-enabled sales initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate combines expertise in Sales Enablement, coaching, change management, sales methodology adoption, and performance improvement with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • This role plays a critical part in ensuring Solera continues to scale revenue-generating initiatives while driving consistency, accountability, and measurable performance improvements across the sales organization.
  • In addition, this role will serve as a visible representative of the Global Sales Enablement team through the delivery of Solera's flagship onboarding and readiness programs. The successful candidate must be comfortable facilitating extended in-person learning experiences, leading large cohorts of new hires, and operating confidently in environments where senior leaders and executives regularly participate as observers, contributors, and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Consulting
  • Partner with Sales Leaders, Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to identify business priorities, sales performance challenges, and organizational readiness needs.
  • Conduct structured intake sessions, performance assessments, and root-cause analyses to identify opportunities beyond training and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams by translating strategic objectives into actionable enablement plans.

Sales Enablement Strategy & Program Development
  • Design and execute comprehensive enablement programs aligned to business priorities, product launches, GTM initiatives, sales methodologies, and performance improvement objectives.
  • Develop and maintain role-based learning journeys for sellers, account managers, sales managers, and other revenue-generating roles.
  • Drive adoption of sales methodologies, including Challenger and MEDDPICC, through reinforcement, coaching, inspection, and manager enablement.

Product Launches & GTM Readiness
  • Lead enablement workstreams supporting strategic product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing teams to develop readiness strategies, certification programs, messaging guidance, and sales plays.
  • Ensure sellers are equipped to articulate customer value, handle objections, and execute new sales motions successfully.

Facilitation, Coaching & Reinforcement
  • Deliver engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences for global sales audiences.
  • Facilitate large-scale onboarding programs and instructor-led training sessions, often spanning multiple full-day sessions and audiences of varying experience levels.
  • Effectively command the room in high-visibility training environments, maintaining engagement and credibility with both new hires and experienced sales professionals.
  • Confidently facilitate sessions attended by senior sales leaders and executives, incorporating executive participation while maintaining learning objectives and classroom effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching to sellers and frontline managers to reinforce desired behaviors and improve sales execution.
  • Develop scalable reinforcement mechanisms that drive long-term behavior change and methodology adoption.

Revenue Performance & Analytics
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and prioritize enablement interventions.
  • Establish success measures and business impact metrics tied to strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor adoption, readiness, pipeline health, win rates, and other key indicators to measure enablement effectiveness and continuously optimize programs.

AI & Sales Technology Enablement
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and productivity solutions across the sales organization.
  • Leverage technologies including Salesforce, Highspot, Outreach, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Terret AI, and other AI-enabled productivity and enablement solutions to improve seller effectiveness, coaching, training adoption, and performance insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders to embed AI-enabled workflows into sales processes, deal inspection practices, and enablement programs.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead complex enablement projects involving multiple stakeholder groups and business functions.
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, HR, and IT to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
  • Influence without authority and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.

Team Collaboration
  • Be an active and supportive member of the Global Sales Enablement team, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Contribute to the evolution of enablement processes, methodologies, AI adoption strategies, and seller effectiveness programs.

Qualifications
Required Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, Revenue Operations, Sales Effectiveness, or related commercial functions.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting quota-carrying sales organizations within technology, SaaS, automotive, dealership, fleet, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through enablement, coaching, sales methodology adoption, and performance improvement initiatives.

Sales & Business Acumen
  • Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies, including Challenger, MEDDPICC, value-based selling, and consultative sales approaches.
  • Experience supporting complex B2B sales environments and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to connect enablement initiatives to measurable business outcomes, including win rates, pipeline health, productivity, adoption, and revenue growth.

Technology & AI
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales technology ecosystems.
  • Experience leveraging enablement platforms, sales engagement technologies, and AI-powered tools to support sales effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize AI solutions within enablement workflows, coaching programs, sales processes, and deal inspection practices.

Leadership & Influence
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful training and onboarding experiences to large audiences, both virtually and in person.
