The Role
We are hiring a Digital Sales Planner to support the pre-sale and execution workflows across our revenue team.
This role focuses on turning ideas into structured, client-ready outputs-building media plans, developing decks, and ensuring campaigns are set up for successful execution. You will work closely with Account Managers and Sales to bring proposals to life and maintain a high standard across all client-facing materials.
This role is well-suited for someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, and looks for ways to improve how work gets done.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain media plans aligned to client goals, budgets, and inventory.
  • Create clear, polished decks and proposals that communicate strategy and value.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Sales to develop pre-sale materials and packages.
  • Organize campaign details, timelines, and deliverables to support execution.
  • Pull data and assist in building reporting and performance summaries.
  • Ensure accuracy across pricing, packaging, and campaign details.
  • Maintain internal trackers and documentation across active campaigns.
  • Continuously improve templates, workflows, and planning processes.

Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in media, marketing, sales support, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for output quality.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools (Google Sheets, Slides, Excel).
  • Ability to take direction and turn inputs into clean, structured deliverables.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Clear communication and a collaborative working style.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and a strong desire to learn and improve quickly.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the U.S. Compensation is commensurate with experience and location; the annual base salary range for major markets such as New York City, Los Angeles, and Chicago is $65,000-$80,000.
