About the Role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) role is where outbound effort meets opportunity. You'll be on the front lines of our Business-to-Business sales engine, focused on activating new accounts, re-engaging dormant customers, and supporting pipeline growth for our National Sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, disciplined, and energized by goals, structure, and meaningful conversations-but prefers a stable, hourly role while developing sales fundamentals and industry knowledge.

For the right person, this position offers a clear path into commission-based sales roles within our organization.

Location: On-site - Lafayette, LA Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) Compensation: $18/hour with medical, dental, and vision benefits; 401(k) eligibility

What You'll Do

Activate New Business

Prospect into targeted accounts to create new B2B opportunities

Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers

Support Sales Growth

Qualify opportunities and route them to Sales Associates and Sales Reps

Help keep pipelines healthy and moving forward

Engage Across Channels

Communicate with prospects via phone, email, CRM, and digital tools

Manage multiple conversations in a fast-paced environment

Own the Process

Log activity, notes, and outcomes accurately in the CRM

Follow defined workflows while continuously improving execution

Learn the Product & Industry

Develop working knowledge of golf products, customization, and promotional merchandise

Stay informed on offerings to support strong, relevant conversations
