Description

Inside Sales/Business Development Representative is responsible for driving broker engagement and loan submission activity at Champions Funding through proactive outbound communication. This role focuses on converting provided leads into approved broker partners by promoting our flagship Non-QM loan product, Ally, and routing brokers to educational webinars. The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in expanding Champions Funding's broker network and increasing funded loan volume, all while working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. No prior mortgage or real estate experience is required - full training is provided.


Compensation & Benefits
$42,000 Base salary plus commission (NOT a draw).
Uncapped commissions per funded loan.
Bonuses for successful lead conversions.
First-year earning potential of $100,000-$150,000+.

Requirements

1+ year of high-volume outbound phone sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, competitive, and coachable with a positive "say yes" attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven sales environment.
Computer proficient and able to learn new systems quickly.
No mortgage or real estate experience required - we will train the right candidate.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.


Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to mortgage broker leads - leads are provided.
Present the value proposition of Champions Funding and guide brokers through the approval process.
Promote attendance to Champions Funding's educational webinars to drive engagement and loan submissions.
Convert warm leads into approved, submitting broker partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and submission process for brokers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Champions Funding's Non-QM product offerings, including Ally.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and conversion goals.
Participate in coaching and training sessions to continuously improve performance.
Accurately track activity and results using internal CRM and reporting tools.
Provide excellent service and follow-up to ensure long-term broker relationships.
